Front-Office System “Xenia” Manage reservations, room blocks, group bookings, and guest profiles effortlessly with our Front Office System. Benefit from dynamic pricing and access comprehensive reports, including security logs, occupancy forecasts, revenue reports, and multi-folio audit reports. The system also integrates with Housekeeping Module for efficient housekeeping management.
Problem
Most of the hotel here in the Philippines relies on manual processes, such as paper-based reservation logs and Excel spreadsheets, for managing bookings, check-ins, and billing. This results in frequent errors, including double bookings, incorrect billing, and delayed check-in times, leading to guest dissatisfaction and negative online reviews. The lack of integration with online travel agencies (OTAs) like Booking.com limits the hotel’s visibility, reducing occupancy rates to 60% during peak seasons. Staff spend excessive time on administrative tasks, and there’s no centralized system to track guest preferences, hindering personalized service and repeat bookings.
Solution
Deployed Servo’s cloud-based Property Management System (PMS) to automate front office operations, integrate with OTAs, and enhance guest experience. The system will streamline reservations, check-ins, billing, and guest management while providing real-time analytics to optimize revenue.
